In car mode, pass near bugs to pick them up and bring them to their destinations. Crashing into objects and taking too long will both lower your earnings. After all the passengers have been dropped off, return home and stop within the large circle to enter driver mode.

In driver mode, stop within any of the  circular areas to purchase upgrades and cosmetics with your earnings. Return home once you have finished shopping to begin your next shift.
